LOCATION OF EXHIBITS
The 2025 Great Lakes GeoSymposium will be held on Floor 2 of the Atrium Ballroom, which includes five meeting rooms and a 9,700 sq. ft. Atrium Pre-function area for exhibitor booths. We always encourage our Exhibitors and Sponsors to take advantage of the traffic flow in the exhibit hall and create networking opportunities during the GeoSymposium. We added an Exhibitor Reception following the Day 1 program to increase traffic flow.
EXHIBIT HALL HOURS
The 2025 Great Lakes GeoSymposium Exhibit Hall will be open one day, May 6th, 2025. Booths must be staffed at all times during exhibition hours.

5:00 – 6:30 PM
The Exhibitor Social Event will be followed by our Mappy Hour GeoSymposium event!
ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES
GEOSYMPOSIUM PROGRAM
Promote your product and organization by advertising in the 2025 Virtual Program, which all attendees will access. The program contains timetables, a topical outline of sessions, a list of social activities, and other essential information for the geospatial professionals attending the GeoSymposium. It has been our experience that attendees retain the Program as a future resource. Advertising in the Program allows you to reach hundreds of geospatial leaders. BOOTH SET-UP AND DISMANTLING
Exhibitors may begin booth set-up at the Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland on Monday, May 5th, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tear down will occur after the Exhibitor Reception at 6:30 p.m.
CANCELLATION
Exhibitors who cancel their exhibit registration after March 18th, 2025, and on or before April 27th will be issued a refund in the amount paid minus 50% Administrative Fee. No refunds will be available after April 27th, 2025.
